Transparency. Collaboration. Character. Smart Growth.

Do you want a mayor who listens to your concerns and reacts to them?

That is the question. Jonesborough does not need a mayor chasing a title. It needs a neighbor who already shows up, hears people out, and then does the work.

“I am a home remodeler and a self-made business owner. I know what it takes to meet a payroll, finish a job on time, and stretch a dollar. I am not running for clout. I am running to serve the people who live here, pay the bills here, and want their kids and parents to still recognize this town in ten years.

Jonesborough is Tennessee’s oldest town. That is not just a slogan. It is a trust. People choose this place because of the brick streets, the porch lights, the festivals, the neighbors who still wave, and a downtown that still feels like a hometown.

We are growing fast. Growth can strengthen a town or it can change it beyond recognition. My job, if you send me to Town Hall, is to make sure Jonesborough grows responsibly, not by accident.”

I will not treat Jonesborough like a blank lot. I will not pretend growth is free. I will not hide the hard numbers. I will not ask families to pay more because Town Hall failed to plan.

If I am elected mayor, you will get a neighbor who listens, a business owner who watches the books, and a neighbor who already shows up at Heritage Alliance, at Keeping Jonesborough Beautiful, and in the zoning work that decides what gets built next door.

Keep Jonesborough Jonesborough. Be honest about the books. Work with people instead of talking past them. Grow only as fast as our character, our infrastructure, and our neighbors can bear. Make the town work without raising anyone’s taxes.

That is the work. I am ready to do it.
