I’m your neighbor who already shows up, hears people out, and then does the work.

I was born and raised in Jonesborough. My Grandmother raised me and taught me that it’s important to respect people, your word is your bond, and hard work builds character. I’m an active member of Jonesborough United Methodist Church. I started my home remodeling business over 18 years ago. I know what it’s like to meet a payroll, finish a job on time, and be mindful of the budget.

Currently, I serve as a trustee / board member of the Heritage Alliance, Keep Jonesborough Beautiful Board, and formerly served on the Washington County Board of Zoning Appeals.

Transparency: I will keep people informed and provide clear agendas, honest answers, and no surprises on budget items. The people of Jonesborough will know where every dollar is spent.

Taxes and Seniors: I have led the effort for a senior tax freeze on municipal property taxes at 65, based on need and Income.

I will lessen the tax burden on our residents through public / private partnerships to help fund the Jackson Theater, McKinney Center, Senior Center, and our parks.

Historic Character: Our historic district is our heritage, identity, and economy. Tourism, storytelling, small shops, and property values depend on it.

Smart Growth: Responsible growth means planning for the future, building strong relationships in the community, and leaving things better than we found it without burdening the taxpayers.

I ask for your support and your vote.

Transparency. Character. Smart Growth. Strong Community.
